Minimal Elegance!

This Shiro sculpture is crafted from a stoneware porcelain mix. Though she appears sleek, she holds hidden surprises and imperfections. During firing, a mysterious crack formed on her lip, which I have since filled. She also cradles clay crumbles within her, like secrets of her creation. To me, these ‘imperfections’ add character, voice, and a unique beauty that is entirely her own.
